Sasorizacraft is a manufacturer of footwear likes Ladies sandals, Bali painting leather sandals or leather shoes, Bali ladies bags and leather craft or accessories located in Ubud, Bali Indonesia. Mostly our products made by our experience designers to meet the existing trends or to create a trend itself in fashion world. So we are not reseller or buying agent. 2. Where is your shop gallery and your factory located?
Our shop gallery is located in Jl. Dewi Shita, Ubud, Gianyar where we have our set up for samples
and our own factory is located in Jl.Setra B24 Perumahan Multi Permai,
Banjar Jasri, Belega, Blah Batuh, Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia

3. What is the origin of your beautiful designs?
All our products are inspirited by Balinese and Javanese culture, combination of traditional and modern design enriched our sandals models.

4. Do you have any business co-operation with other supplier, manufacturer or company in Bali?
No, formally we do not have any co-operation with other supplier, manufacture and company in Bali. If you seen the same design or product in other website or art shop in Bali, it is already common here because some of them are our reseller too and usually they put their own logo on the product. So it is normal if they claim that the product is their design.

5. We would like to visit your factory, how can be done?
You are most welcome to visit our processing place. This will enable you to see the making of product, quality of product and many more details which will be beneficial to both of us. Bali is one of tourist destination, so if you had a holiday, don’t forget to visit our showroom or factory. Just contact us, and we will assistance you to get here.

6. How to place an order?
Simply browse our website and find the product you are interest, after that click add to chart, or just contact us with code of the products.

7. What is add to chart?
Just like a shopping chart, enquiry chart enables a visitor to include all the items of his/her interest in the chart. There is no need to send separate enquiries for each product or even to remember the item codes to include in the enquiry form. All you have to do is keep visiting all our product pages, add the products/designs of your choice to the chart and in the end it will be attached to the enquiry form automatically

8. How does the enquiry chart works?
From product category pages, select the products you wish to enquire about.
Click the "Add to chart" link from top under product category name or from bottom of the page. Your select products will be automatically added to enquiry basket.
You can also update the estimated quantity required for each product.
To add more products click "back to shopping"
To remove any added product click clear button corresponding to each product in last column
Once you are done with adding products to enquiry chart click "Check out". Here you will be asked your contact details and any message/details/specifications you want to add with your enquiry.
Click "Place order"
Then there is notice that “Thank you for order, our staff will contact you in the nearest time regarding payment methods which are available for you, an email also sent to your email, please save it for further contact”

9. Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
Yes, we require 10 pairs per design, per color for sandals or
shoes and all products with prices under US $ 10.00. It means that for every design and color, the minimum quantity must be 10 pairs
and if the prices of a product is under US $ 10.00, it should be 10 pieces as
well.
And 3 pieces for the bags and other product with the prices above US $ 10.00
(Except sandals).

10. How long will it take for me to produce my order?One of the toughest questions for us, specifically in the field of hand made product. In short it all depends on the order details like the product, design, quantity, assortment, etc. For instance; estimated production time for 1.000 pairs of beaded sandals is 1 month, and 3.000-5.000 is two months. For painting sandals, we need 1.5 month for 5.000 pairs and for 10.000 pairs is about 2.5 month. If you have more quantity, we will increase our production capacity.

11. Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking number & instructions will be provided to you if supplied by the courier service.

12. How do I modify my order?
Simply send us an e-mail to modify your order as soon as possible (at least 24 hours after receiving bank's authorization on payment). We will contact you back and see how we can assist.

13. What if I don't receive my order?
This would be abnormal situation as we ship with a first class courier service! But you can easily track your order (explained in order confirmation we send to you), or you can always contact us.

14. What if my order is incomplete/incorrect?
We double check orders and shipments. But in case you receive incomplete or incorrect order:
Email us at sales@sasorizacraft.com no more than 3 days from receiving it.
Ship it back the incorrect goods ( at your charge ), I will change and send all
with new one at no extra charge of course.

15. What if my order arrives damaged?
If the package is damaged, please do not accept it and inform us via e-mail as soon as possible. We will check with the courier service. If items
or goods are damaged, email us at sales@sasorizacraft.com no more than 3 days from receiving it, then ship it back . We will send you your correct order at no extra charge.

16. Items I ordered doesn't look like what I had in mind?
We worked hard to make items images as same as real. If there is any difference, items should be better than its images! If you think opposite is true, please contact us.

Not everything can be displayed on the website. If there is something you are particularly looking for we might know exactly where to find it. If not, we would be happy to try. If possible, please email any pictures you may have of the item.

18. Can I make a special request or item customization?
Yes, of course. And we have a lot of customized orders at our showroom. Let us know what you want and we will come back to you with our suggestions, production time needed, and a cost estimate. We do offer this service as it is in great demand from almost everyone. Beauty of a handicraft product is in the eye of a beholder, you in this case and you might want a particular product to be customized to your taste. Customization is provided FREE & is possible for any design idea, whether it’s your own product or liked somewhere. Just feel free to send us email for the same and try to mention the details in the enquiry text. Depending on the level of customization (or a new design altogether) we may ask you for a drawing or photograph of the product. We have in past customized several of our products to the customers taste in this way.

Your enquiry is very valuable to us. As soon as we receive your enquiry we reply back with the details of each product like description, size, price and other terms.
It is highly advised that you mention the maximum possible details in the text of the enquiry which will give us a clear understanding of your requirement and we can reply accordingly with more precision. Once the prices and other terms are acceptable you can proceed for an order placement.

23. What do you recommend we import as a trial order?
We recommend that you go for a mix of a variety of products according to your preference and requirement and first time purchase few samples or assorted lots. Subsequently when you are satisfied with the items and their quality you should take a larger quantity mix by sea cargo which will be most economical for you.

We have been exporting our products all over the world. The maximum numbers of exports have been to the USA, South America, France, Australia, Italy and other Europe countries.

28. Is there any shipping alternative?
Yes, for minimum quantity, for weight under 20 kilos, is better for shipping by registered Air Mail, but it takes extra time than other courier.

Just give us your complete address and port destination of your city and we will calculate for you. Please note that we will always be seeking better shipping prices to make sure you are receiving a top product for the best shipping price.

31. How do you pack for shipment?
As we are dealing with customer satisfaction, we wrap each item in a plastic bag and added silica gel to prevent any moisture of reaching the product.

32. How do I pay?
The Payment that I receive are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Wire Transfer and
Letter of Credit. We require 50% deposit, and 50% before dispatch of
goods.
Wire Transfer
This is one of the most secure, cost effective and fastest way of payment whereby you can instruct your bank to send a wire transfer to our bank for the order amount. Upon receipt of the confirmed order, we give you our bank details required for wire transfer. It usually takes 24-48 hours for the wire transfer to reach our bank in working day, plus the time-zone gap between our countries. 99% of our business is done on payment through wire transfers.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
This is internationally acclaimed as the most secure way of transaction but we only receive irrevocable L/C at sight, the only disadvantage is the cost involved in opening a L/C at your end and the same at our end as well for negotiating the L/C and for the interest charges on the term of L/C. These additional charges finally add to the cost of the product. If you want to open a L/C, we can discuss its terms and conditions.

33. What about payment using Credit Cards or Online Cheque?
Using credit cards online proofed to be insecure for shoppers (you) as well as merchants (us), beside the fact that it costs us a lot of money to set it up, which results in increased prices. On the other hand, using Bank Transfer protects both of us from fraud and it is safe. So, to avoid any losses in the futures, we don’t accept any payment using credit card.

34. How Bank Transfer protects from fraud?
For you, drafting bank insures that your information and billing address is exactly the same, so nobody can charge your credit card without you know about it. And of course, you can charge-back your credit card any time you want. For us, your Bank Transfer order containing your information signed by you, and will guarantee we will charge the agreed amount only.

35. Can I pay using cheques or cash by mail?
Sorry you can not, it is not safe at all, because we either you cannot tracking the mail, if the postman lost it.

36. Can I make the payment in currency other than dollars?
Of course you can make the payment in any currency. Thus all the transactions will be charged based on that day's currency transfer rates.

37. Your prices are so expensive, so can you give me discount?
No, our prices are very cheap and fixed for small amount of order (less than one container) but
we would like to give you 5% (five percent) discount if you order more than one container (about 9.000-10.000 pairs of shoes).

38. Do your prices include shipping?
No, our prices are inclusive of packing into standard cartons and documentation only. Additional costs such as wooden crates, if needed, local handling and ocean / air freight are charged at cost, that is, we do not put a mark up on this.

41. General Shipping Terms
FOB
This acronym expands to "Free On Board' which simply means that all expenses are paid at our end till the order is on board the ship at Indonesian port. Only ocean freight, destination charges and insurance is in your account.
CIF
This acronym expands to "Cost-Insurance-Freight" which simply means that all expenses including insurance are paid till the order reaches destination. Only destination charges are in your account. If insurance is covered by you the acronym becomes C&F which is "Cost & Freight".
